Classification of weighing sensors

Release time:2017-04-07 Author:admin Clicks:1761
Depending on the different weighing sensors, the protection level, in addition to measuring, also need to undertake the task of fastening or fastening. Generally through thread connection sensor to its structure.
In many measurements, additional functions will quickly reach their limits. For example, the lateral force loaded on the sensor will affect the accuracy of the measurement results, in extreme cases, overload will cause damage to the sensor.
The use of adequate mounting parts can avoid incorrect loading. The installation of components and sensors form a complex functional unit. The HBM weighing module can be pre assembled and used immediately without any other measurements.
According to different models, weighing modules include the following components:
The upper and lower pressure heads are fixed on foundations, other carriers or structures.
Load and output to sensor
Support is restored to its original position by pendulum.
Reducing vibration by elastic bearing
Lateral force limited by horizontal support bars
Anti lift device with synchronous unloading principle
Note: not all modules have the above components.
HBM weighing module features
HBM weighing module can be used in OIML R60 standard weighing sensor, and can be used in trade scale applications.
HBM weighing module:
Maintenance free
Save space, overall height is low.
easy to install
Electroplated steel or stainless steel material is optional.
EEx (I) explosion-proof type optional
Some equipped with anti lift device.
Equipped with braces
overload protection
Note: Not all modules have the above components! For the latest component information, see the Technical Parameters Table
Weighing sensors according to different applications
The support rod is used to absorb the lateral force, and to avoid damage, it should not exceed the maximum value indicated in the manual. If there is no guarantee, please make protective measurements. Also note that the support bar can not absorb any lateral forces.
Before installation, the most appropriate configuration needs to be determined. Site conditions such as wind load, bin volume, lateral force, expansion and temperature should be considered. On the one hand, the direction of the guide rod must guide all loads within the allowable limit, on the other hand, it should not block the potential for large thermal expansion. For a single project, the weighing module should be validated and adjusted to include static, dynamic, and hot loads.
Note: A silo is supported by four points (four modules), and a loading point cannot be fixed to avoid module damage.
