We know that the weighing sensor is actually a kind of sensor device which converts mass signals into measurable electrical signals. Weighing transducers are divided into 8 categories according to the conversion method, and the most widely used resistance strain type. For weighing sensors, the most important thing is whether their accuracy is reliable. So there must be no corner difference. So what is the phenomenon of angle difference? How should we solve this problem and phenomenon? Next we will discuss with you on this aspect.
If the absolute value of the difference is greater than or equal to an indexing value, we think that the scale has an angle difference. If there is angle difference, it will directly affect the accuracy of the weighing sensor, but the effect of angle difference on the accuracy of weighing has a certain concealment, it is not easy to find for non-professional personnel. User's symmetrical weight test is often in the middle of the scale, the middle accurate will think that the whole scale is accurate, easy to ignore the angle difference, so that the weight is not in the middle of the scale when the error caused by the scale is difficult to find.
The so-called angle difference is mainly due to the sensor consistency is not necessarily ideal when the sensor is out of factory, coupled with the field use of environmental factors and installation means limitations, to a number of sensor parallel weighing brings imbalance problem. In order to solve the above problems, the junction box should be selected to adjust the sensitivity of the sensor and the output impedance ratio of the sensor close to the same, so as to ensure the balance of the whole weighing body.
